COVID-19 Update

As you prepare for your surgery, know that safety remains our top priority. Mallard Creek Surgery Center continues to follow guidelines that will help prevent the spread of Covid-19. If you or your family member exhibit symptoms of Covid-19, please get tested and stay home.

To provide the safest environment for our patients and providers, we have implemented the following measures:

• Patients are required to wear a mask or face covering over their nose and mouth prior to entering the facility
• Additional COVID screening questions when scheduling
• Screening questions on arrival to the facility
• Reconfiguring waiting rooms and check-in/out areas to comply with social-distancing guidelines
• We limit one visitor per patient in the facility.
