    Orthocarolina is the best. Every facility I go to within their organization I get treated with the best customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of orthopedic care. Dr. Chapman and his staff were great during my procedure which was performed during a hurricane.     Yesterday I had a total knee replacement. The facility was clean and staff was professional. Everyone provided me assistance and support (the gentleman who checked me in for the surgery to the staff in back who prepped me for the surgery). Tom, Julie, and Jack assisted with calming my nerves. While they talked and ensured me that everything would be alright they moved efficiently in preparing me for the surgery. Today I received 3 different calls from the team checking on me!
